These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the HR Essentials Hub membership program ("HR Essentials Hub") and any general consulting services provided by Revolution Consulting Group Pty Ltd ("Consultant") ABN 58 654 821 495. By using the HR Essentials Hub, purchasing a membership, or engaging in consulting services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
Client: The individual or entity purchasing HR Essentials Hub membership or consulting services, including its employees, staff, and contractors ("Client’s Staff").
Consultant: Revolution Consulting Group Pty Ltd, including its employees, contractors, and affiliates.
Fee: The amount payable by the Client to the Consultant for Services or membership.
Services: Includes HR Essentials Hub membership benefits and any general consulting services provided.
Resources: Materials provided through the HR Essentials Hub, such as templates, guides, and tools.
Permitted Use: Accessing Resources and Services solely for internal business use by the Client.
2. HR ESSENTIAL HUB MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Membership Inclusions
The HR Essentials Hub provides:
✔️ Weekly group Q&A sessions with HR experts.
✔️Access to Resources, including templates and guides.
✔️Ongoing email support for basic HR queries.
✔️Membership benefits outlined on the Consultant’s Website or Proposal.
2.2 Membership Term
The HR Essentials Hub membership is a 12-month program commencing from the date of sign-up.
2.3 Payment Terms
Upfront Option: A single payment of $2400.
Payment Plan Option: Three monthly payments of $800, with an additional setup fee of $45.
Payments must be made via the methods specified by the Consultant.
2.4 Cancellation Policy
The HR Essentials Hub offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for Fees paid, provided the Client submits a written cancellation request within the first 14 days of membership.
After the 14-day period, Fees are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Membership cancellations must be requested in writing.
The Consultant reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of these Terms or inappropriate conduct during group sessions.
2.5 Use of Resources
Resources provided through the HR Essentials Hub are for the Client’s internal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
3. GENERAL CONSULTING SERVICES
3.1 Scope of Services
The Consultant may provide additional HR consulting, WHS consulting, Leadership Coaching and Training, Recruitment Services, and other professional advice as agreed in writing.
A Proposal may outline specific deliverables and timelines.
3.2 Payment Terms
Fees for consulting services will be invoiced as per the Proposal or agreement.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 10% monthly interest fee.
The Consultant may suspend or terminate Services if payments are not received.
3.3 Refund Policy
Fees paid for general consulting services are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
3.4 Variation of Services
Changes to the scope of consulting work may incur additional Fees, which will be communicated in advance.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 Obligation of Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the provision of Services.
Confidential Information excludes information already in the public domain.
4.2 Disclosure
Confidential Information may be disclosed if required by law or with the Client’s written consent.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Ownership of Resources
The Consultant retains ownership of all Resources, Materials, and intellectual property provided through the HR Essentials Hub and consulting Services.
The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use Resources for internal business purposes.
5.2 Restrictions on Use
The Client must not:
🚫 Copy, distribute, or modify Resources without permission.
🚫Use Resources for commercial resale or external distribution.
6. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
6.1 Warranties
The Consultant represents that Services will be provided professionally and in compliance with industry standards.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
The Consultant’s liability is limited to the Fees paid by the Client for the specific Service.
The Consultant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of Services or Resources.
6.3 Indemnity
The Client indemnifies the Consultant against claims, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse of Services or Resources.
7. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
7.1 Termination by the Consultant
The Consultant may terminate membership or services for:
✔️ Non-payment of Fees.
✔️Breach of these Terms.
✔️Inappropriate behaviour individually or during group sessions.
7.2 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, access to Services and Resources will be revoked immediately.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of Services or memberships, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
The Consultant is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
9. DISPUTES
9.1 Resolution Process
The Client agrees to notify the Consultant of any disputes and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation, with costs borne by each party.
10. PRIVACY
The Consultant collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
The Client consents to the Consultant storing and using information provided during the course of membership or Services.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
